National Museum and a ferry cruise on the Vltava river.
We went on an excursion to the National Museum where the exhibition took place at the time entitled:
"The story of planet Earth."
The exhibition was installed in the biggest exhibition hall of the main building of the National Museum on the first floor.
Entrance hall we passed into the space environment. The main exhibit is a model of the Earth, and we directly enter the inner planets. Furthermore, we like from orbit, could see its surface, and fly between planets.
The exhibition not only introduced us to the most important geological processes shaping our planet, but with the various developmental stages of life, from developing countries to the present and near future. The main exhibits were unique fossils, reconstructions and models.
Our next goal was today's ride on the Vltava river. From the museum we went to The National Theatre, and more on the waterfront. Here we went in search of the ferry port of Prague.
While we were looking for, but finally our efforts were rewarded, and we went from Manes the water up to Císařka in Smíchov.
Next we went nearly a mile walk to the distillery, where we again used the bus that brought us back to the car. By Mnisek we got about a half hour and then we went home.
